Chris Whitney is a Partner in the Firm's construction and practice groups, working out of its Boston, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island offices. Chris has extensive experience as an arbitrator and as a mediator in all manner of complex commercial and construction disputes. He has presented frequently on mediation topics, including as the Moderator of the AAA's Construction Mediation Corporate Counsel Roundtable held here in Santa Monica, and most recently conducted a half-day of mock mediations for AAA staff during its Innovation Week. A former Member of the Governing Committee of the Forum on Construction Law, Chris is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers.
