James Wulfsberg is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, and has been recognized by Legal 500, Who's Who in Construction Law and Super Lawyers. He has represented clients in all aspects of the construction industry and has tried numerous complex cases to verdict and award in litigation and arbitration. He has handled complex design and construction matters throughout the United States and abroad including numerous power plants, petrochemical and process plants as well as a variety of civil and commercial projects. Jim serves on the National Panel of Arbitrators for Mega-Construction Project Claims of the American Arbitration Association. He is the Chair of the Construction Law Practice Group of Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP with offices throughout the State of California.
