Roger Peters is an experienced mediator, arbitrator and dispute board member for construction and construction defect disputes. This includes more than forty years of resolving disputes on projects throughout the United States, the Caribbean and the Pacific Rim. As a result of his reputation in dispute resolution, in 2008 he was selected to serve as a Dispute Review Board member for the New York Giants and New York Jets $1B football stadium project and more recently on the Vogtle and Sumner Nuclear Power Projects. He is currently serving as the sole Dispute Review Advisor on the $4.5B Transbay Transit Center Project in San Francisco and the $4B LaGuardia Airport Renovation Project DRB and 7 other dispute boards. For most of Roger's career, he was an officer and General Counsel to the Dick Corporation, one of the largest privately held construction companies in the United States now known as dck worldwide. In 2005, he was made Sr. Vice President of the company's extensive Puerto Rico operations and then was promoted in 2008 to Executive Vice President and General Manager of the company's Hawaii and Guam operations. Roger was responsible for the success of this $400M per year construction program until he retired in late 2011 to dedicate his practice to serving full time as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Dispute Board Member for projects worldwide.
