Ms. Solomos is PCL Construction Services, Inc., one of the world's leading contractors who build complex, billion dollar projects; from sports arenas to water treatment plants and petrochemical facilities. Ms. Solomos oversees legal and ethical compliance on multiple projects in the Western US (including P3 infrastructure). She reviews, drafts and negotiates design and construction contracts, subcontracts, supply and material purchase orders, and joint venture agreements. Ms. Solomos oversees preparation and defense of construction claims, change proposals, time and impact analyses, and position papers and presentations in preparation for dispute resolution proceedings. She participates in procurement, and negotiates terms with joint venture partners and public agencies. Member of ABA Infrastructure and Related Industries Section, Construction Law Forum Super Lawyers Rising Star Attorney 2014-2018.
