David Tapparo has over 29 years of experience in the construction industry and four years of active service as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. After holding various positions in several major companies, Mr. Tapparo has expertise in all aspects of construction, preconstruction, and development coordination for military, mixed-use, rental, hotel, and cultural facilities. As senior vice president for CBG Building Company, Mr. Tapparo oversees third-party residential projects, is in charge of military design-build barracks work, and works with CBG’s safety program.
