Aubrey Patterson has been in education for almost 30 years as a teacher, principal, supervisor, director and superintendent in an extremely high performing school district in Alberta, Canada. He finds great joy in seeking, hiring and building exceptional staff and fostering an extremely positive culture. He is currently consulting with school districts, collaborating on leadership programs for school and college administrators and teaching college leadership courses.
