Melissa Woods
Technology Integrator
Brevard Public Schools


Melissa Woods is a Technology Integrator for Brevard Public Schools and holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Educational Technology. She has worked with the Florida Department of Education to develop curriculum including Engineering Design Challenges and CIS lessons for CPALMS. She has a passion for new and inventive ways to integrate technology. She has presented at FETC and at the Florida Association of Science Teachers conference. As a former 6th grade science teacher, Melissa is enthusiastic about integrating technology into science instruction. She has received several awards including PRISM Math Award, Exemplary Science Teacher Award, and Teacher of the Year. She is also a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer.
