Lauren Pantoja is the Learning Design Coach at Chasco Middle School in Pasco County, Florida, where she supports teachers in implementing literacy across disciplines, instructional technology, job-embedded professional development, one-to-one coaching, data-driven decision-making, and planning for high impact instruction. She is also the AVID Coordinator, ELA PLC facilitator, and the district facilitator of Applications of Research-Based Practices for reading endorsement. She has coauthored the books: Reading Basic for All Teachers: Supporting the Common Core and Teaching Syllable Pattern. Lauren has also co-designed courses for iTunes University and worked as a consulting teacher for the Literacy Design Collaborative for the National Literacy Project.
