Mike has 14 years of experience in education, including over nine years as a building level administrator in a district with over 30,000 students. During his tenure as a school leader, Mike was recognized as his district's Assistant Principal of the Year, and the 2015 Wells Fargo Principal of the Year. He also completed the Distinguished Leadership in Practice for Digital Learning at NC State University. Mike has spent the last year presenting to large groups of Superintendents, district personnel, and building-level administrators helping them fully understand the value of parental involvement, and helps districts implement Securly’s student safety suite of features.
