Michael Coats is a 17-year IT veteran, previously working as a systems engineer and now leading the Cloud IT Infrastructure Team for Southwest MiTech, an ISD IT Support Consortium based in Kalamazoo (MI). The organization provides end-to-end IT support for twenty local school districts in six counties in southwest Michigan. Southwest MiTech is one of the top 10 largest K12 AWS implementations in the US. Michael holds VMware, Microsoft, and AWS certifications.
