Dr. Tim Harper began his career in public education in the classroom over 20 years ago and four years ago took on the CIO role within Seminole County Public Schools. Seminole is committed to making sure that all technology decisions are made with the students first-and-foremost in mind. He graduated with his doctorate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Masters degree from Florida State University. Fun fact, Tim also has his commercial pilot license.
