Dr. Connie Kolosey serves as the Director of Media, Text and Digital Learning for Pinellas County Schools. At the intersection of library media, instructional materials and digital learning, Kolosey was tasked with leading a team in the development of the Personalized Learning Pathway. She has previously served as a middle school reading and dropout prevention teacher, a middle school assistant principal, the district Secondary Reading Supervisor, and as a middle school principal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, a Masters in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from University of South Florida, Tampa.
