Deborah Kerr is the Superintendent of St. Francis Public School District, overseeing more than 1100 students, 100 teachers, and a student body where 50% are economically disadvantaged. St. Francis is a public school district of choice as over 50% of the enrollment comes from over 50 Metro Milwaukee schools. Deb has been a leading advocate of public education for the past four decades.
