Steven M. Kimball, Ph.D., is a scientist with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research and co-Director of the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is Principal Investigator for the WEC team that supports the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in the development and implementation of the state teacher and principal Educator Effectiveness System.
