Dr. Luke Francois has devoted his superintendent career to advancing public education through strong communication and community engagement -- his first superintendency tenure began in 2011 in Mineral Point, and he has been leading the Waterford Union High School District since 2019. He is the 2017 WI Rural Schools Alliance Administrator of the Year.
