Steven Howell, BS, NR-Paramedic, CCEMTP/PNCCT, began his career in Western North Carolina and has held various positions throughout his career beginning as an EMT Basic and advancing on to Paramedic and EMS Educator. Steven currently serves as a Captain of Performance Improvement and helps lead the award-winning staff of the 2016 National EMS Agency of the year, New Hanover Regional EMS.
