Mike Fredrickson is a Senior Manager at RMA Associates, LLC (RMA) over Federal audit and advisory services. He is also the Treasurer of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Association of Government Accountants. Prior to RMA, Mr. Fredrickson worked in incomes taxes for a local D.C. tax firm and as a compliance auditor for the Department of Navy. His Federal experience integrating performance into advisory support and audit recommendations has helped strengthen the Government’s emphasis on the need for accountability and transparency. Mr. Fredrickson curently leads performance management improvement teams for the Department of Defense. Since joining RMA, he has led audit and advisory teams for multiple Federal agencies, including:  Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General  Department of Defense, 4th Estate Agencies  Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council  United States Transportation Command  Defense Logistics Agency  U.S. Coast Guard  Department of Agriculture  United States Agency for International Development  Defense Finance and Accounting Service  Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction  Defense Contract Management Agency  National Institute of Standards and Technology  United States Patent and Trademark Office  Nuclear Regulatory Commission Mr. Fredrickson is a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia and Commonwealth of Virginia.
