Karin was the former DCFO of OPM prior to her retirement. Previous to OPM, she was Dir of Office of Finance & Accounting and DFO for HQ at the Dept of Energy. She provided executive-level management and direction in matters related to all CFO activities such as accounting/finance, budget, enterprise risk management and internal controls. Karin was a member of the Senior Executive Service.
