Daniel Cain is the Acting Director at the Treasury Department, responsible for leading a team of over 30 federal and contractor staff to execute the requirements of the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014 (DATA Act). Daniel provides leadership, direction, and supervision to a data innovation and transparency program that uses Agile, open source, and user-centered design principles. He has expertise in Lean Six Sigma and organizational performance management. Daniel holds a Masters Degree in Policy Analysis from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
