John Giorgis is the Director of Performance, Evaluation, and Enterprise Risk in the Office of the Secretary at the DOT. In this role, he also serves as USDOT’s Chief Risk Officer, Chief Evaluation Officer, and Performance Improvement Officer-Designate. He is responsible for leading programs of performance improvement, program evaluation, and enterprise risk management for the DOT.
