Ms. Sizemore is a nationally recognized healthcare professional with more than 30 years of health care management experience with 26 years of recent home health and home care leadership service. She has served as an informatics educator/project manager for a large multi-agency health system, implemented award winning quality improvement programs, and provided effective operational, clinical, and financial oversight to large and small home health and home care agencies as an owner, director, and transitional leader.
As a consultant over the past 11 years, Sheila has successfully led agencies of all sizes and structures through operational, clinical, and regulatory based projects. Driven by a spirit of excellence, Ms. Sizemore understands home health and home care operations and effectively communicates the challenges of the home health and home care environments that impact the front line to the bottom line.
