Accountable for the overall performance of the division.Responsible for the 6,000 HH patients. Created a Telemonitor program to pull in multi-disciplinary team from 11 hospitals to collaborate on post-acute care patients to decrease home care Medicare readmissions by 50%. He guided a eWound care program operationally and financially to expand the capacity of two Wound Ostomy Certified Nurses so they were able to make over 600 video visits from January to March 2018 and decreased the time it took the patients to be seen by these specialty nurses by 85%.
