Devoti is the Executive Vice President at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, after serving 18 years as Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Health Agencies, Penn Medicine in West Chester Pennsylvania. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Business Administration from Widener University. She is a certified Home Health and Hospice Executive.
