As founder and principal of Kenyon HomeCare Consulting, Ginny’s knowledge and passion for helping clients achieve unique success defines the mission of her company. Known for her ability to produce substantial results in a short period of time, Ginny is well versed in quick turnarounds, including once taking a client from $1.7M to $3M in a little under a year. Ginny holds a Masters in Nursing Administration with minors in Business and Health Services. She has worked as an administrator in Public Health, Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty home care for the last eighteen years. She has a strong background in operations and program development and her experience in visiting nurse services, national home health companies and working with investors in startup home care and private duty companies brings a unique perspective to the consulting process. An accomplished writer, Ginny is co-author of Home Care Nursing Delegation Skills: A Handbook for Practice, has written articles for a variety of professional journals, and is a sought after speaker. Her keen understanding of clinical staff competency in home care service delivery helps clients develop and implement solutions that fit organizational needs and expectations. She has established on-site programs for home health and hospice staff and lends her expertise to the development of care management skills. She is a prolific writer and provides monthly webinars on various subjects relevant to the home health industry. She has developed chronic disease on-lnen courses for nurses and aides. She mentors and coaches executives and is helping agencies to prepare for PDGM and the new Medicare Advantage programs.
