Nita is President at Honor, responsible for the company's overall growth strategy. Nita was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at Castlight Health, which went public in 2014. At Castlight Health, she led a variety of functions during her tenure including early sales efforts, business development, corporate strategy, fundraising, corporate development, FP&A and investor relations. Nita additionally was an early employee of Athenahealth (which went public in 2007), and worked at McKesson and McKinsey & Company. Nita has an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Harvard University.
