Cooper Linton
Associate Vice President
Duke HomeCare and Hospice at Duke University Health System

With over 25 years of experience in hospice, home health, home infusion, and community-based care, I am a healthcare executive who leads operations and growth initiatives for Duke HomeCare & Hospice, a part of Duke University Health System. My passion is building a powerful and resilient organizational culture utilizing high performing teams focused on the mission of patient care. At Duke, I am responsible for all entity/organizational performance to include operations, clinical performance, financial outcomes, strategy, new service development, and quality improvement for home health, hospice, an inpatient hospice facility, home infusion, and an infusion compounding pharmacy. In the spirit of innovation, we launched the first 340-B contract pharmacy for the Duke University Health System. I am passionate about reimagining how we deliver and access home-based healthcare and I seek to create positive impact and value for patients, families, staff, and partners. I have an MBA and MSHA as well as a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to successfully guide the organization and build a culture resulting in exceptional care for patients and a rewarding career experience for professionals.
