Iain's practice focuses on assisting clients with complex civil matters regarding healthcare reimbursement, Medicaid and Medicare compliance, internal investigations, and responses to investigations and enforcement actions. In addition, Iain advises hospice agencies and other providers on Medicaid, Medicare, and private reimbursement issues, appeals, and fraud and abuse issues. Prior to entering private practice, Iain served as an attorney with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office where he represented the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in complex litigation involving Medicaid in federal and state courts.
