Chris has been in the cultural attractions industry for over 10 years having previously worked for the Philadelphia Zoo and now The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. In his current role of AVP of Business Operations, Chris oversees the museum’s Admission (Box Offices and Contact Center), Guest Services (exhibit and attraction operations) Group Sales and Theater (IMAX, Planetarium and 3-D) departments. He also oversees and manages The Franklin Institute’s internal business partner relationships including Event Network (Retail), Frog Commissary (Food and Beverage) and Flight Avionics (4-D Simulator).
