Tony has been a Food and Beverage manager for nearly 30 years. He’s spent the last 22 years with Knoebels Amusement Resort as the International Food Court Complex Manager. Currently, Tony is serving as Knoebels’ first Food and Beverage Director, and is enjoying his second tour on IAAPA’s Food and Beverage Committee. During his tenure, Tony has helped Knoebels win Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Award for “Best Food” 18 times in a 21-year period. By introducing unique menu items such as Alligator Bites and Bison Burgers, he has garnered national media attention for the park from several outlets including the Food Network. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management in 1990.
