Will is currently the Operations Manager of one of Morey's Piers two beachfront water parks. Morey’s Piers was founded in 1969 and now operates three amusement piers and two water parks on the New Jersey Shore. Will graduated from Wake Forest University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in History and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise. After a short stint in a law firm as a paralegal, Will returned home and began working within his family’s business. He started working seasonally in the attractions maintenance department in 2009 and has been working in water park operations since 2010. Along with his brother and two cousins, Will represents the third generation of Morey's Piers.
