Boyd Jensen, the managing Partner of Garrett & Jensen, has spent his entire career with the firm and has tried dozens of jury trials of varying lengths with amounts in controversy as high as twelve million dollars. He has also litigated several hundred cases in arbitration and mediation. He serves as an arbitrator and judge pro-tem upon request by several Superior Courts. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the past President of the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association. He serves on several national committees and has conducted seminars in litigation related subjects throughout the United States. Garrett & Jensen is a general civil litigation practice. We provide professional services for clients in litigation avoidance counseling, pre-litigation preparation and strategy, settlement conferences, mediation, arbitration, litigation and appellate practice. While the vast number of clients the firm represents are defendants, we have successfully represented many claimants/plaintiffs in litigation with multi-million-dollar results. Our primary work is on behalf of insurance companies who retain us to protect the interests of their insured’s. In the last 5 years alone, in jury verdicts, the firm has saved clients or insurance companies almost $1,000,000 that was already offered but not recovered by adverse parties. Garrett & Jensen seeks to be known at the courthouse by the officers of the bench as honest, resourceful and successful.
