Justin Sefcik is the Director of Operations at the Texas State Aquarium, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization located in Corpus Christi, Texas. In his position Justin oversees the daily operations and strategic management of the Guest Services, Maintenance, Safety/Security, Dive, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Water Quality, and Exhibits departments at the aquarium. Justin has worked at TSA for the past 7 years after spending the first part of his career in hospitality management, and he focuses his attention on ensuring guest satisfaction in all areas of the aquarium experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The Evergreen State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Colorado State University.
