Nicole Walker, Director of Guest Experience & Culture at Silverwood Theme Park, has been with the company for the past 16 seasons. She currently oversees the Guest Relations Call Center, Training Department, Entertainment, and Interpreting Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Nicole strives to create an environment that is safe and accepting of all guests, cast, and crew members. She believes that time invested in your staff is not time wasted.
