Lee has been in the food and beverage, entertainment industry for 27 years. His career started in the early nineties with what then was a new concept Dave and Buster’s. He worked at all levels of the organization for over two decades. He has extensive experience at all levels of food and beverage operations and also held the title of Vice President of Training, VP of Operations and Senior VP of Operations for Dave and Buster’s. He has also worked in the cinema eatery industry as the Executive Director of Training and Operations for Movie Tavern. Lee is currently the Chief Operations Officer of a new cutting edge concept “Andretti Indoor Karting and Games”.
