Samet Ozturk is born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1988. He got his BS in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, MS of Civil Engineering from University of Delaware. Currently he is pursuing his PhD in Earth and Environmental Engineering Department at Columbia University.
