Mr. Saliba has over 40 years of experience in the Human Resources arena. He currently serves as the Vice President/General Manager TAPFIN Global overseeing all aspects of TAPFIN throughout the four Regions of ManpowerGroup. He previously served as Vice President/General Manager of TAPFIN’s Global Operations from October 2004 to October 2014, President, Managed Staffing Solutions for Venturi Technology Partners from March 2003 until October 2004, overseeing all MSP and VMS activity. Mr. Saliba also served as President of Venturi Technology Partners for the Southeast Region from June 1999 until March 2003 prior to this assignment he served as Managing Director for the Alabama Office of Venturi Technology Partners from August 1996 until June 1999.
