Guy Schweppe is vice president of software and CPU procurement and innovation strategy within the global operations organization at Dell Inc. Since joining Dell in 1997, Mr. Schweppe has served in multiple organizations, including the product group’s portables operations, which focuses on new products and services deployment; worldwide procurement, where he managed multiple commodities and business functions, such as mechanicals, PCBAs, audio and various other components; and global materials, where he led the team responsible for the direct purchase of all materials for Dell’s manufacturing facilities and manufacturing partners.
