Frank Bersch is originally a chemical technologist, but has now been working for more than 10 years in security functions. In 2012 he graduated at the University of Antwerp as Higher Security Officer. Currently, Frank has been employed for three years as Safety Manager at the Efteling where he is working on a transition from rule-driven safety to risk-driven safety.
