Jerry Walton




Jerry, an FAA certificated remote pilot, is the founder and Chief Pilot of FX Drone Services, a mid-west based drone service company that provides drone pilot services for Construction, Infrastructure Inspection, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and Insurance Claim missions; video editing and production services; and consulting on drone related projects. Prior to founding FX Drone Services, Jerry spent over 30 years as a professional computer programmer/consultant for software development, having worked in various industries. He is currently a Mobile Developer, and has experience developing custom DJI mobile apps for drone flight control using the DJI SDK. Jerry has received professional training for: Drone Pilot Ground School, Cell Tower Inspections (Talon), Residential Roofing Inspections, Residential Ground Inspections, Commercial Real Estate missions and Drone Night Operations. Jerry has received an FAA waiver, allowing for Drone Night Operations (107.29). Focusing on construction, inspection, insurance and real estate industries, Jerry strives to help FX Drone Services clients use drone technology to increase their competitive edge, enhance efficiency, and improve safety.
