Paul Wheeler is the Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Manager at the Utah Division of Aeronautics. He is an instrument-rated pilot and serves on multiple national committees to help foster innovation through the use of unmanned aerial systems. He was named one of the top 7 drone visionaries in civil infrastructure. He is an experienced technology specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the governmental transportation industry for the past 22 years.
