Srikantan Moorthy, known as Tan to friends and colleagues, is an Executive Vice-President at Infosys. His leadership roles span multiple strategic functions at the company. Tan is the Head of US Delivery Operations and Global Head of Education, Training and Assessments at Infosys. In his role as Head of US Delivery Operations, Tan has operational responsibility for the effective onboarding, training, deployment and engagement of the Infosys service delivery teams across the US. As Head of the Learning function at Infosys, Tan leads the world’s largest residential corporate university. He is responsible for the ongoing education and competency development of over 195,000 employees including new recruits and experienced professionals. In this role, he also oversees relationships with US universities and community college systems. Prior to taking on his current roles, Tan was the Head of the largest service line at Infosys. Tan was also the Group Head of Human Resources at Infosys from 2012 to 2014.
