Justin Thenutai currently leads the Excellence function for talent acquisition at Microsoft. Justin and his team run the Global Talent Acquisition business and are responsible for strategy, planning, systems, sourcing, talent engagement, and operations across Microsoft recruiting. He has been with Microsoft since 2007 where he started in recruiting for the company’s most critical incubations and start-ups and has since taken on various leadership roles across engineering and different business groups. Prior to Microsoft, Justin led the recruitment function at a leading executive search firm. He graduated from UC Irvine with a psychology and social behavior degree. Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, is a true foodie, and an avid Seahawks football fan.
