As Senior Manager of Talent Intelligence, Matt is responsible for strategic talent research, sourcing tool selection and overall channel performance across Microsoft’s global hiring ecosystem. Prior to his role at Microsoft, Matt brings several years of Executive search experience with Korn/Ferry as well as 5 years at LinkedIn where he held roles in talent acquisition, product marketing and diversity programs. At LinkedIn, he played a pivotal role in the creation of Data Driven recruiting resulting in multiple patents and key improvements to LinkedIn’s flagship recruiter product.
