Andy Trainor is currently the Sr. Director of Walmart Academies. In this role, Andy and his team are responsible for the operation of the training academies which includes the training of our associates from the role of hourly supervisor through market manager, training our contact center associates, content development, academy certification audits, and establishing/maintaining the infrastructure necessary to manage the largest university in the United States. Andy has 18 years with Walmart and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Memphis and a Master’s Degree in Business from Webster’s University.
