Carrie McNish is a Director in KPMG’s People & Change practice in Philadelphia. She has 24 years of combined experience as both an HR practitioner and as a consultant guiding clients through the people-side of HR technology-enabled transformations. She is a certified Professional in HR (PHR), Global Professional in HR (GPHR), and also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification—and at KPMG, she is a master facilitator of Behavioral Change Management methodology. As an HR Change Management professional with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM and Workday transformations, she knows that for HCM journeys to be successful, organizations need to focus on their people just as much as they do their processes and technology. Carrie builds agile change management solutions unique to her clients to help them achieve their vision by taking a holistic approach that draws from well-tested tools and techniques in change management.
