Aly Scott has spent 25 years in the software industry with the majority of her career dedicated to the Human Capital Management sector. She has worked on mergers, acquisitions, and consolidation initiatives in the Talent Management arena, developed strategic market positioning for industry leaders and emerging start-ups, and focused her executive leadership in marketing, communications, investor relations and customer-centric roles. She has a deep knowledge of industry trends and drivers, influencers and leaders, and dynamics, people and companies enabling and delivering change. Aly is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Salary.com, the leading SaaS platform for compensation data and analytics and winner of Ventana Research’s 2017 Digital Innovation Award. Prior to joining Salary.com, Aly spent nearly a decade as SVP, CMO and, ultimately, Chief Growth Officer at PeopleFluent. In her early career, she held various advertising, marketing and public relations agency roles working with a range of early stage and industry-leading companies.
