Josh Mazie is a Lead Performance Movement Specialist and Head of Ergonomics for FMS Health and Safety. Since completing his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science he has spent time working on an insurance broker's loss control team, as a personal trainer, and now as a Movement Specialist for FMS HS. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS), a Precision Nutrition Coach, a StrongFirst Level 1 Instructor, a certified FMS coach, and an Associate in Insurance (AINS).
