Zack has served ITI professionally since 2009 but grew up working in the business during summer-breaks. Zack holds a double-major BS in International Business & Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. A lifelong learner, Zack is passionate about doing meaningful work that helps other people and improves our world.
