Kirsten Ross first started her passion in EHS at Purdue University with double B.S. in Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences (minor in dance). After graduation she started with Eaton Corporation in their corporate Leadership Development Program (LDP) where she rotated positions throughout Aerospace and the Electrical Sector. Kirsten has experience leading sustainability, safety, occupational health and continuous improvement for a 150 year experience fortune 200 company. She has recently been leading safety across Production Control since June 2017 in California for Tesla. She has supported the model 3 production line from day one of production and has built the safety team throughout production ramp. She is certified 30-Hour OSHA, lean six sigma greenbelt and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Kirsten aspires to lead safety, environmental and sustainability for Tesla energy and support growing nations to energy stability.
