Vice President Business Operation - Responsible for all business operations and direct sales delivered through Pinnacol’s multidisciplinary teams of claims representatives, nurses, underwriters, safety consultants, return-to-work specialists and auditors, all of whom are configured around and dedicated to unique market segments. General Counsel - Provided legal advice to the Pinnacol Assurance Board of Directors, board committees and company. Worked with the Board and management, he helped change and implement governance processes and procedures. Dan regularly attend board and committees meetings including audit committee, investment committee and governance and ethics committee. Dan was the primary legislative and compliance expert. Vice President Strategic Operations Group - Ultimately responsible for the legal, SIU, Medical Payment and Medical Operations departments. These units are the internal subject matter experts and provide solutions to the organization.
